Intellectual Property (IP)

Terri Janke and Company specialises in Intellectual Property (IP) and recognises the value and importance of IP for businesses, organisations artists and individuals. We are internationally renowned for our work in IP as a result of our focus on protecting the rights of Indigenous peoples and their traditional knowledge and cultural expressions, otherwise known as Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP).

Significant work we have done in this area include the IP Australia Indigenous Knowledge discussion paper and consultancy on the Pacific Traditional Knowledge Action Plan for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
