Our Culture: Our Future – Report on Australian Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property Rights was the result of extensive research and consultation undertaken by Terri Janke, for Michael Frankel and Company under commission of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission and the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies.

The report was published in 1998 and many of the laws that are referred to have changed.
