True Tracks®:
 a pathway to Indigenous engagement

The True Tracks® method has been designed by  Dr Terri Janke. This workshop is designed to enhance your Indigenous engagement and increase your understanding of ICIP

Law Way® 

Each session explores a unique theme relating to ICIP, legal rights, and best practice protocols for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures.

Looking Out For Culture

In this workshop, you’ll gain an understanding of Indigenous arts and culture,

and how cultural knowledge and creative works are protected. 

Bush Products & the Law

A full-day workshop designed to provide entrepreneurs, businesses and community members with insight into managing ICIP in the commercialisation of bush foods and related products.

Wild Nature

For years, I have admired and drawn on Dr Terri Janke's work through her book True Tracks: Respecting Indigenous Knowledge and Culture, Terri Janke and Company’s (TJC) online resources, and TJC workshops. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving professional advice from Dr Terri Janke, which is always delivered in a genuine and empowering manner. I’ve applied her insights when writing my first memoir, Gigorou: It’s time to reclaim beauty. First Nations wisdom and womanhood, and toward other creative works.

 

I’ve been fortunate to work with the incredible TJC team on all our ICIP and Indigenous Data Sovereignty requirements specifically for a new and innovative First Nations Digital Fashion and emerging technology program, delivered at Charles Sturt University's AI & Cyber Futures Institute. I always look forward to working with TJC and entrusting this exceptional firm with my legal and ICIP needs.
