Our vision is to empower First Nations peoples by improving cultural and economic outcomes and opportunities.

About Us

Established in 2000, we are Australia's oldest and largest private Indigenous owned Legal and Consulting Firm. We specialise in Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP). We offer quality and reliable services to Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients. We can work across Australia, and internationally, and have capacity to deal with large scale projects. We are currently on the Whole of Australian Government Legal Services Panel and the Queensland Government Legal Services Panel.

Current Workshops

We engaged TJC to design and deliver bespoke online education webinars on Indigenous Cultural IP, and Indigenous Data Sovereignty and Indigenous Data Governance. Working with Neane Carter has been such a pleasure. Neane is a thoughtful, insightful and passionate facilitator, and her presentations were incredibly well received by attendees from the HTQ partnership and beyond.

Engagement with these sessions from stakeholders across our partnership and nationally has been significant. The feedback we have received has been very positive; our stakeholders identify the real need for this training across the research community and have commented on the tangible benefits these sessions have had on their work and engagement in health research.
